PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Kingsessing Recreation Center is the revitalization of a 9.2-acre public park and 32,000 SF recreation center for Rebuild PHL, a historic investment in Philadelphia communities. Interior renovations include accessibility upgrades, lifts, elevators, toilet rooms, and new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Exterior upgrades include improved stormwater management, an artificial turf field, new playground equipment, lighting, landscaping, and enhanced court surfaces, pathways, and safety surfaces. Completed in 2025.
